Clear Stream, LLC was formed under the laws of the State of Alaska and is a joint partnership, Pedro Bay Corporation (51%) and Fairweather, LLC (49%). Clear Stream, LLC started its operations by providing medical support to the Pebble Limited Partnership in February 2009.
